We are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join Sandvik's Training Academy team to create training, e-learning, and online materials. About the role

As a Training Specialist, you will create and update materials in a clear and easy-to-read format, including text, videos, and images. You will maintain and develop Sandvik's training and e-learning materials. The role requires an understanding of technology as well as interest and experience in mobile machinery. If you enjoy technical content creation, have a passion for learning, and can work independently while supporting a team, this position might be perfect for you! Work tasks

• Create and update technical training materials for mining equipment
• Develop clear and reader-friendly e-learning content
• Ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and support training needs

We are looking for

• Engineering background (Automation or Electrical knowledge is a plus).
• Knowledge of Sandvik or other construction rigs is an advantage.
• Ability to create technical content that supports training.
• Capability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently once tasks are explained.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
