We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in creating, managing, and scaling complex automation workflows, with a strong emphasis on best practices in RPA implementation. This role requires both technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive process automation. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: · Develop and design RPA workflows using UiPath Studio to automate business processes across various functions. · Build reusable components and libraries to expedite the development of new workflows. · Optimize and troubleshoot existing automations to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability. Project Management and Requirements Gathering: · Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document process requirements. · Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives. · Identify and assess process automation opportunities and suggest solutions to streamline operations. Quality Assurance and Testing: · Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure quality and effectiveness of automated workflows. · Implement error handling, exception management, and data validation techniques to ensure smooth operation. · Document and maintain testing procedures, validation scripts, and outcomes for compliance and auditing purposes. Deployment and Maintenance: · Deploy bots to production environments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. · Perform regular maintenance on bots, applying updates, optimizations, and improvements as necessary. · Support change management processes by updating documentation, training end-users, and providing ongoing support. Mentorship and Collaboration: · Mentor junior RPA developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high development standards. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA development and deployment practices. Required Skills and Experience: · 5-8 years of professional experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on UIPath. · Proficient in UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UIPath tools. · Strong understanding of various process automation methodologies and best practices. · Hands-on experience with version control systems and deployment pipelines. · Familiarity with scripting languages & basic programming skills. · Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows. · Experience in working with databases). · Experience with developing reusable bot framework, RPA components, and scripts · Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Relevant UiPath certifications are highly desirable.
