LEIDIT is seeking a ServiceNow UI/UX Developer with a minimum of six (6) years of overall IT experience to be a part of a team supporting our clients in their business transformation journey using ServiceNow. You will join a growing team where you can leverage your UI/UX experience to deliver on existing engagements and to engage with other skilled ServiceNow colleagues to advance our corporate ServiceNow expertise.ResponsibilitiesGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and DevelopersCreate an intuitive user experience on the ServiceNow platformIllustrate design ideas using mockups, diagrams, and sitemapsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes to showcase design and simulate the user journeyDesign graphic user interface elements, including navigation menus, UI components and data visualizationsTrack emerging trends in the digital interface landscape, recommending new opportunities to ensure continuous improvementWork closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implementedPromote best practices in UI, UX, and interactive designTest design concepts with customers and conduct usability studies, interview sessionsBasic Qualifications (Required)6 years of experience in ServiceNow including portal development.6+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.This position requires the ability to fulfill a public trust security clearanceExperience working with ServiceNow products and services.Experience with ServiceNow portal developmentExperience in conducting user requirements gathering meetings to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders.An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals and problemGood communication skills and an ability to gather requirements from various stakeholdersBeing able to develop ideas cross platforms responsive designs (Mobile, web-based, desktop)Experience in UI/UX Design tools like Adobe XD or Figma and Adobe Suite products like Illustrator and PhotoShop.Advanced Knowledge of HTML & CSS.This is a fully remote position but we are seeking someone based in the EST time zoneStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Interpersonal and presentation skills to interact and present to executive leaders, and effectively drive organizational projects and initiatives.Additional Qualifications (Desired)ServiceNow Admin CertificationServiceNow Developer CertificationServiceNow Portal Fundamentals Micro-CertificationKnowledge of Federal IT needs
