Our client is a global leading Digital Consultancy, specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Transformation & NextGen AI solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow, providing fully remote working plus ad hoc client site travel. We are looking for multiple Junior-Mid level User Researcher Consultants to join a rapidly growing team within the UCD space, primarily working in UK GovSec, Finance, Retail, Energy & Utility sectors. We have a top end budget of £55k + full benefits + fully remote working (with ad hoc client site travel). Primary skills and experience required; Must hold active SC Clearance Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately. Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery. Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams where youve led the user research and influenced the design of a product or service through the insights youve gathered. Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses, assumptions and validate user journeys. Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
