Technical Skills: · Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in VB.NET development. · Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, and Visual Studio. · Understanding of different database types, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and secure database management. Data Management: · Experience with data profiling, data quality assessment, and anomaly detection. · Experience with projects involving application and data migration. Communication and Collaboration: · Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. · Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
