As a Web & App Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our product development, collaborating with our team to implement new features and products. Primary Responsibilities: Utilize your programming and scripting skills to develop robust software. Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and propose solutions. Foster clear communication with team members and clients to ensure project alignment and success. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs. Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects. Uphold professional standards of conduct in all interactions and deliverables. Design and develop high-quality, responsive web and mobile applications using React Native. Utilize Expo for efficient cross-platform development across web and mobile platforms. Implement state management using Redux to ensure smooth and responsive application behavior. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into visually appealing and functional user interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers. Stay up-to-date with web and mobile development trends, and continuously improve our development practices. Secondary Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of front-end web applications, crafting engaging user experiences. Collaborate in the design of user interactions on web pages, optimizing usability and functionality. Contribute to the development of back-end website applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Work closely with graphic designers and engineers to implement web and software design features that align with project goals. Demonstrate agility in completing assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following: Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication skills. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time. Familiarity with Expo for cross-platform development, with 1-2 years of experience. Understanding of reactive programming principles and experience with Redux. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
