Web Content Manager Education (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field Experience 5+ Years of experience building websites 5+ Years of experience using various content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, SharePoint, WIX, and WordPress. 5+ Years of experience using website analytics tools 5+ Years of experience creating and editing web content 3+ Years of experience in graphic design to build custom images, web layouts, wireframes, and etc. 3+ Years of experience creating website prototyping, mockups, flowcharts, sitemaps, and UX designs 2+ Years of experience using development methodologies such as agile, scrum, and/or waterfall Knowledge Knowledge of development methodologies including agile, hybrid agile, scrum, and waterfall Great communication skills and able to communicate effectively to team members and stakeholders Understanding of website build-outs from design to go-live Expertise in SEO optimization Expertise in content lifecycle management Expertise in 508 compliance, ADA compliance, and WCAG compliance Expertise in website front-end development technologies and code languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, AJAX, Python, PHP, SQL, etc. Understanding of how to create standard operating procedures for modules and web components, and break/fix.
