Position Overview: We're seeking a talented (Remote) Web Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. Responsibilities: Proficiency and experience with the WordPress core and page builders (Avada, Elementor, etc). Manage website launch tasks, including domain transfers, DNS setup, and hosting configurations. Integrate third-party APIs for functionalities such as CRM, lead capture, and data security, ensuring compliance with API documentation. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define site architecture, design elements, and features from concept through deployment. Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and compatible across various browsers. Create consistent and reusable stylesheets, manage multimedia integrations, and maintain adherence to graphic and brand standards. Test and troubleshoot for cross-platform and cross-browser functionality, resolving issues as necessary. Provide client support, including off-boarding training, maintenance, content updates, and performance monitoring. Qualifications: 2 years of proficiency and experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web builders. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development; familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React) is a plus. Basic knowledge of API integrations and CRM platforms, with experience in form handling, event triggers, and data management. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and best practices for website launches. Attention to detail with a solid grasp of design principles and user-friendly, accessible interfaces. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
