As a web developer, you will work with each customer to develop beautiful, accessible websites that exceeds their expectations. You will be involved in all phases of a project's life cycle and be responsible for brainstorming, conceptualizing, and executing each assigned website project. This role provides the best of both worlds; autonomy to create from scratch and own your projects from beginning to end while also working with a team of experienced individuals in a similar role from which to learn and develop.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
All websites are built using customer WordPress theme, with as few plugins as possible.
Must have experience in web development using modern development tools and practices such as:
Well-versed in front-end programming languages including HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
Working knowledge of Figma
Ability to apply UX/UI best practices without direction
Awareness of Web Accessibility compliance standards
Understands the fundamentals of SEO best practices
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Assist with website design, code, tests, debugs, documentation, and maintenance for both the front-end and back-end experience. (full stack developer).
Works with marketing team and business unit liaisons to leverage website functionality to drive business.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, business stakeholders, and corporate technical resources.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to our business users.
Follow established corporate best practices and security guidelines in developing and deploying software.
Works with vendors, users or other IT Professionals to help resolve issues with programs. Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines, provide estimates for planned work.
Ability to work on your own and with the team
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Experience: Generally, 1 to 3 years of related experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
