Kind Lending is looking for a skilled Web Developer to manage and enhance KindLending.com using modern CMS platforms and tools. This role is essential to improving the experience for our loan officers and borrowers by creating seamless, responsive, and engaging web solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content and graphics pipelines, ensuring our website reflects the latest designs and meets the needs of our customers. Pay Range: The starting base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually, based on work experience, business needs, and market demands. This range is subject to change in the future. Job Location: This position can be located in the Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana, CA with the ability to work from home 1 to 2 days per week or Remote within the 50 United States if the successful candidate resides more than 30 miles from the office. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain KindLending.com using modern CMS technologies, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing interface. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content and graphic updates through streamlined pipelines. Optimize website performance for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices. Design and implement dynamic and engaging web pages that enhance the customer journey for loan officers and borrowers. Integrate third-party tools and APIs to support functionality like lead capture, customer engagement, and analytics. Stay current with the latest web development and CMS trends to continuously improve the website's functionality and aesthetics. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring uptime and seamless operation. Conduct regular quality assurance checks and testing to maintain a high standard of usability. Required Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in web development with a strong focus on CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar). Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). CMS Expertise: Proven experience managing and customizing CMS systems, including creating and editing templates and plugins. Graphic Integration: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva for content and graphics integration. Responsive Design: Expertise in building mobile-first, responsive websites. SEO and Analytics: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing and creative teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with headless CMS and API-driven architecture. Familiarity with cloud-based hosting environments and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of integrating marketing tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Understanding of web security best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
