About the International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP): The International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) is a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing the field of Islamic Psychology globally. Position Overview: IAIP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Developer & IT Specialist to support and enhance our digital infrastructure. This part-time, remote role is ideal for a candidate with strong WordPress development experience and a solid understanding of systems integration for membership and donation platforms. The successful candidate will lead the redesign of IAIP's website, implement secure and seamless membership and donation portals, and provide ongoing technical support across digital systems. This role is critical to ensuring our platforms remain stable, user-friendly, and scalable as IAIP continues to grow its global impact. Key Responsibilities Website Development & Maintenance Design and develop 7 dynamic pages on WordPress, maintaining alignment with IAIP's brand identity. Lead a website overhaul focusing on user-friendly membership signups, certification applications, and donation workflows. Maintain site security, updates, and performance optimization. Integration & Automation Design and implement membership tiers and payment workflows using Stripe to support a fully functional, eCommerce-ready membership platform. Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and related membership management systems to ensure seamless user experience and reliable transactions. Suggest and implement automation or integration tools to streamline internal workflows e.g. Setup CRM or email automation systems for data synchronization and communications. IT Support & Onboarding Provide new hires with access to Google Workspace (emails, Drive), Slack, Notion, and other internal tools. Troubleshoot technical issues for website-related issues and for both internal staff and external members/donors. Live Event & Course Tech Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and content updates Offer tech support for webinars and virtual events. Create and maintain surveys, quizzes, or feedback forms to enhance course experiences.
