Job Responsibilities

• Defines technical specification, partners with team members and subject matter experts, and provides guidance on web-related projects to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices, as well as alignment with business needs and priorities.
• Advises on and supports the full development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-deployment, following Agile methodology.
• Designs, develops, tests, documents, and deploys high quality business solutions on the web platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
• Supports the system when application issues arise.
• Collaborates with others (e.g., technical staff, business analysts, thirty party/vendors, subject matter experts) to ensure on time and accurate delivery of complete work products.
• Develops, assembles, and maintains a library of model documents, templates, best practices, and other re-usable knowledge assets.
• Collaborates with technical resources, subject matter experts, and stakeholders regarding solutions, status, technical issues, scalability and priorities.
• Researches integration issues and works closely with other IT teams to reach resolution in a timely and accurate manner or escalate as appropriate.
• Safeguard all customer, employee and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer and employee data is kept confidential at all times.

Must Have

• 3+ years as a web developer developing and designing applications using JavaScript frameworks - Next.js (1st choice) or React (2nd choice)
• 3+ years of experience withHTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with C# consuming and developing a RESTful APIs and JSON
• Understanding ofObject-Oriented Methodologiesand MVC Frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Strong communication skills with a record of working and collaborating with others
• Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Working in a cross-functional environment

Nice to have

• Bachelor s degree in computer technology or related field
• Experience usingUXdesign best practices to design responsive solutions
• Experience withcloud-based hosting services
• Experience with integrating third partyAPIs
• Experience withGit/GitHubor other distributed version control systems
• Experience working in a distributed team
• Ability to learn new / emerging technologies as required.
• Previous experience working in aSCRUM or agileenvironment preferred
