Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand website goals and objectives. Design, develop, and maintain the EmpowHERto website using modern web development technologies. Implement updates and improvements based on user feedback and analytics. Ensure website accessibility and mobile responsiveness. Assist in optimizing website performance and SEO strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Provide recommendations for best practices in web design and development. Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla). Familiarity with responsive design principles and web accessibility standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
