Requirements
10+ years of experience with backend development and strategic implementation
Experience with Next.js
Experience with Ruby backend development
Responsibilities
Improve cache hit ratio performance
Lead the strategy and implementation of web page speed improvements (LCP, INP, CLS)
Commitment
Flexible hours, 5 to 10 hours per week as needed
