We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time remote Power Platform Developer OR CRM Developer for a Government client. The Power Platform Developer OR CRM Developer will plan, design, and develop web programs, websites, and applications. NOTE: MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, design, develop, test, and document web programs, supporting Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project development. Collaborate with the team to execute Agile Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Kanban work planning, and retrospectives. Track tasks and report progress to the Scrum Master and project leadership using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Apply Agile principles to optimize development workflows and ensure timely delivery. Maintain strong documentation practices to ensure clear reporting of development activities, progress, and issues. Formulate structured development plans and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Perform tasks requiring creativity, sound judgment, and a high degree of independence. Report to a project leader or manager and contribute to team goals with reliability and collaboration. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2 to 4 years of experience in web development or a related area. BS/BA in a related area (or equivalent years of experience). Public Trust clearance. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to report progress, issues, and solutions to project leadership and Scrum Master. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies, Kanban planning, and retrospectives. SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft Project development certification desired but not required.
