We're looking for a Webflow expert to help optimise and evolve our existing website while maintaining our distinctive brand voice and aesthetic. This is an ongoing contract role perfect for someone who enjoys both technical implementation and creative problem-solving. What you'll do: Optimise and enhance our existing Webflow site Create visually compelling landing pages and content sections that align with our established brand Support our team with occasional design work outside of Webflow (think social media assets, digital ads) Implement regular updates and improvements to keep our site fresh and performing well The ideal person: Has deep Webflow expertise and can design and develop efficiently within the platform Shows attention to detail when working within established brand guidelines Creates responsive designs that work flawlessly across all devices Communicates clearly and stays organised with multiple small projects Can translate rough ideas into polished, professional designs Has experience with broader design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Why aglow?
