We are on a mission to revamp our website to ensure it is modern, responsive, and optimised for performance and searchability. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and making it easier for parents and students to find us. Key Responsibilities: Website Development: Design, build, and maintain a high-quality website on Webflow. Theme Customization: Customize Webflow themes in line with BrainBox Education’s brand guidelines and provided design assets (logo, design pack, etc.). Responsive Design: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices. Performance Optimisation: Optimise the website for speed and performance to ensure a smooth user experience. SEO Implementation: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and optimise content for discoverability. Additional Pages: Create new pages to expand the functionality of our current website, making it easier for users to navigate and find the information they need. Qualifications & Skills Required: Proficiency in Webflow: Strong experience in developing and designing Webflow websites. Front-End Development: Skilled in creating custom themes, elements, and pages within Webflow. UX/UI Design: Solid understanding of user experience and user interface design principles, ensuring the website is intuitive and user-friendly. Designing icons using illustrator or similar software is a bonus! SEO Knowledge: Strong grasp of SEO principles and best practices to improve visibility on search engines. Responsive Design: Expertise in ensuring websites are responsive across different devices. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth functionality. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring high accuracy in design and development. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively. Bonus Skills: Experience in designing or creating custom website elements is a big plus, but not required as we will provide a design pack and logo. Payment: This position offers a stipend for the project.
