Overview We are looking for an experienced Webmaster/Designer to maintain and enhance our WordPress-based website and WooCommerce store. The ideal candidate is proficient in Themify Builder, has a strong eye for design, and can troubleshoot, update, and optimize our site for performance and user engagement. Website Management Maintain and update the WordPress website regularly. Implement site design changes using Themify Builder to ensure a professional and responsive layout. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly. Monitor website performance and uptime, optimizing for speed and functionality. Ensure website security by managing plugins, updates, backups, and patches. Online Store Management Build and maintain a WooCommerce-based online store, adding products and managing inventory. Optimize product pages with engaging descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content. Set up and manage payment gateways, shipping options, and tax settings. Monitor store performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to increase sales. Design and Development Create visually appealing web pages and layouts using Themify Builder and other tools. Design promotional banners, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms. Analytics and Optimization Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor site traffic and user behavior. Optimize for SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Implement A/B testing and user feedback to improve design and functionality. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and technical expertise to improve user experience and engagement. Qualifications Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Themify Builder. Design Skills: Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing web designs. SEO Knowledge: Experience optimizing websites for search engines. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
