Backend Development: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems for mobile and web applications. - Build APIs to enable seamless integration between frontend platforms, third-party services, and databases. - Optimize backend architecture for real-time data processing, ensuring low-latency experiences for end-users. 2. Real Estate Focus: - Integrate real estate APIs for property data and listings. - Develop custom algorithms for property search, recommendation, and valuation. - Build features to support transaction management, client communication, and analytics tailored to the real estate industry. 3. Collaboration and Leadership: - Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business needs. - Lead technical discussions and contribute to the overall product architecture. 4. Qualifications: 1. Technical Expertise: - Proficient in backend programming languages such as Typescript, Java, amd Javscript - Extensive experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, ). - Expertise in deploying and managing cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, SES ). - Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices. 2. Real Estate Experience (not imperative but will be great): - Familiarity with real estate technologies, data standards (e.g., RETS), and integration of MLS services. - Experience in building solutions for real estate applications such as CRM systems, property management tools, or client portals. 3. Other Skills: - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience working in Agile development environments. - Self motivated 4. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
