As the Website Developer Partner, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that effectively showcase our film and television content. You will collaborate closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure that our online presence is both functional and visually appealing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites tailored to our film and television projects.

- Collaborate with designers and content creators to translate project requirements into functional web features.

- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of websites by troubleshooting and debugging issues.

- Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) for easy content updates and management.

- Optimize websites for SEO and user experience to drive traffic and engagement.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve website functionality and design.

**Skills Required:**

- Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).

- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, WordPress).

- Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.

**Compensation:**

This position offers a unique partnership opportunity, where compensation will be structured as a revenue share from all project work. An initial base pay will be provided for the timely delivery of the first project, with a partnership contract offered for future work based on performance and collaboration.
