We’re building a lean, high-performance eCommerce team—and we’re looking for a Web & Product Developer who’s hungry to grow with the business. This is a commission-based role with serious upside: you’ll earn 50% of the net profitgenerated from your work. That means your income is directly tied to results—just like the rest of the team.
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our online store, managing and optimizing product listings, and helping drive sales through smart product research and implementation.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain a clean, high-converting eCommerce website (preferably Shopify)
Develop custom product pages, landing pages, and ensure full mobile responsiveness
Upload and manage product listings: descriptions, pricing, images, variants
Collaborate on product research: help identify high-potential products with strong margins
Integrate tools like email marketing platforms, review apps, upsell plugins, etc.
Troubleshoot bugs, optimize site speed, and improve overall UX
Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, winning products, and tech tools
Set up basic tracking (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversions)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Shopify (or similar eCom platforms)
Solid frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JS, Liquid)
Basic design sensibility and ability to create conversion-friendly pages
Strong understanding of what makes a product sell online
Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive on performance and upside
Self-starter who can move fast and figure things out without hand-holding
