If you can take a purchased theme and recreate it with changes using no help from a drag and drop editor of ANY KIND including the built in widget in wordpress, wix, elementor etc... then this job is for you. Expert Theme Designer for WordPress and a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for creating efficient and scalable applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain wordpress themes using current best practices, using modern technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality. Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure secure user access. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable code following OUR COMPANIES best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements Expert Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Strong experience with back-end technologies including MySQL and APIs. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub. Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development. Experience in programming languages such as C or C++ is a plus. Understanding of cloud services like Azure or Cloudflare is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
