Our partnerships have been growing rapidly, and we're looking for an API integration Specialist with strong technical writing capabilities and experience in technical account management to join our Partnership team. This new hybrid role combines technical onboarding of our distribution and venue partners with the creation of developer-friendly documentation that enables seamless adoption of our booking and RFP APIs. In this role, you will


  • lead API integrations for partners, enabling real-time booking and RFP workflows via our RESTful API
  • manage partner-facing integrations with external systems (PMS, S&C, and other hospitality software)
  • own the technical onboarding lifecycle—from planning and requirements scoping to deployment
  • debug, analyze, and resolve API-related issues using standard tools and logs
  • interpret and troubleshoot API payloads in JSON and XML in both live and test environments
  • translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for engineers, product managers, and partner team
  • create and maintain structured, accurate documentation (e.g,. integration guides, authentication workflows, webhook usage, onboarding materials)
  • collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success & Support, and Sales to ensure alignment and content accuracy
  • own partner onboarding flows in HubSpot, ensuring smooth communication, task tracking, and lifecycle management


You'll feel at home if you


  • have a couple of years of experience in similar technical account management, partner engineering, or technical customer-facing roles—ideally in hotel tech, hospitality tech, or a related field
  • have successfully led integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met
  • have strong technical experience working with RESTful APIs
  • are comfortable reading and explaining API payloads (JSON, XML) and understanding backend integration flows
  • have experience creating clear, concise technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • can communicate effectively and can bridge business goals with technical requirements
  • you take initiative, own your work, enjoy working in a scale-up environment, and genuinely care about working well with others.
  • have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • are already based in Europe with a valid work permit
