You will be part of a dynamic team within the Fintech industry, specifically working with SaaS solutions. This role allows the flexibility of working remotely and will involve client-facing responsibilities, managing multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently. Responsibilities: • Take charge of the software implementation process with a keen focus on SaaS solutions • Engage with multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and efficient project management • Utilize your strong Microsoft Excel skills for various project tasks • Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a detail-oriented approach • Manage client-facing interactions and expectations during SaaS implementation projects • Draw on your experience with HRIS/Accounting/Salesforce implementations to provide quality service and solutions • Maintain a client-centric approach while managing and implementing SaaS solutions.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead is required. • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is necessary for data manipulation and analysis. • Demonstrable experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) is required. • Proven track record of successful software implementations. • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. • Project Management certification is desirable. • Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). • Experience in Agile methodologies is advantageous. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
