Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the technology teams
Gathering business requirements to support on-going process improvements
Support quality assurance testing of application enhancements
Lead projects. Lead data analysis, application decommissioning activities
Perform project management, risk assessment, prepare mitigation plan, manage project timeline and deliverables. Report and review the compliance status and take remediation actions
Proactively engage in the creation and improvement of reference materials, training documents, and resources to support team development and project execution
Apply knowledge and skills to perform activities as requested by Manager(s)

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR PMP and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) OR 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
1+ years of experience in IT project management, time management, risk assessment and mitigation planning
Intermediate level of proficiency with multi-tasking and manage several projects or tasks at one time

Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, willing to go above and beyond, perform well when team is under critical, stressful time and fast speed environment. The can-do attitude
Expected to quickly adapt to new technologies, demonstrating excellent analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities and troubleshooting abilities
Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, financials, risks and issues effectively
Communicating delivery status to stakeholders, highlighting progress, obstacles and risks
Fostering collaboration between teams and resolving conflicts as necessary, driving actions and ensuring accountability for delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
