Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits: Health insurance Paid time off Tuition assistance The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Define and document business functions and processes; Analyze the integration of business functions with technology; Assist with business case development and business process reengineering; Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements; Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies; Conduct cost-benefit analysis; Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Three (3) years of experience with business analytics processes with at least 1 year in an agile environment; Project experience facilitating project related meetings with business partners; Writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents; VISIO or similar diagraming tool. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable: Experience with data conversion; Familiarity with JIRA; PMI-PBA or CBAP certification; Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR); Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
