Description: Develop and maintain a cross-platform React Native application for iOS and Android Integrate with third-party SDKs and APIs, focusing on rewards, video, analytics, and user engagement Build and refine core features: video feed, profile systems, leaderboards, social integrations, etc. Optimize performance, handle edge cases, and ensure seamless cross-device functionality Implement A/B tests and support user segmentation Troubleshoot issues and debug across platforms Requirements: 3+ years of experience specifically in React Native Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and user experience Experience building and deploying apps to both iOS and Android stores Familiarity with video processing/uploading, media playback, and camera access in React Native Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and SDK integration Strong knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) Fluent in English, both spoken and written Previous experience with reward-based apps (e.g., POGO, Swagbucks, Freecash, Flip, Whop) is a plus Familiarity with backend work (Node.js, Firebase Functions, AWS, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of video streaming and video creation features is a plus Experience with gamification and loyalty systems is a plus Understanding of social media platform mechanics (feeds, likes, sharing, commenting) is a plus Familiarity with real-time leaderboards and point tracking is a plus Experience with Firebase (auth, Firestore, push notifications) is a plus Benefits: Work remotely from anywhere in the world on your own schedule Get your support from teammates and the company Opportunity for growth, support, and an atmosphere of trust and care that feels more like a family
