Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who’s energetic, confident, and passionate about growth. You'll play a key role in helping us acquire, onboard, and support local partners. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, making things happen, and learning fast, this is for you.
Responsibilities
· Identify and research potential B2B partners
· Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
· Pitch CradleNest’s featured partner model and close partnerships
· Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and partnership onboarding materials
· Maintain and update CRM records
· Track outreach KPIs and help refine sales playbooks
· Attend meetings, expos, or events where relevant
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Comfortable with outreach and presenting ideas
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
· Confident working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
· Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or CRM tools
