A Developer is expected to utilise the latest technology to help produce cutting-edge products for existing and future clients. Working under the direction of a Product Manager, a Developer would be responsible for designing an appropriate solution to a problem and using the relevant technology to build the solution. The technology involved would be based on the Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Products may also utilise any aspect of the Microsoft Azure platform, and would invariably require development in C#, as well as web-based languages like JavaScript / HTML. Additionally, a Developer is expected to provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that their products are effectively integrated and optimised to meet their business needs. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and offering guidance on best practices to maximize the value of the technology solutions provided. Responsibilities · Product Support: Gain in-depth knowledge of BL's existing product suite and offer exceptional support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. · Documentation: Documenting technical specifications, integration processes, and system configurations for reference purposes and future maintenance. · Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, support coordinator, other developers and project managers to ensure successful integration projects delivery. · Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing of integration solutions to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring smooth functionality and data integrity. · Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive information during integration processes · Product Development: Develop high-quality products based on detailed technical specifications, utilising programming languages such as C# and leveraging services like Azure and the Power Platform. · Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest technologies, best practices, and updates related to Dynamics 365 and integration methodologies to continuously improve integration solutions and processes.
