We are seeking a strategic and motivated Business Developer to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, growing our client base, and promoting our range of Online Learning Platforms for AI and Capital Markets Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, partnerships, and new market opportunities within the financial services market (Banks, Investment Firms, Brokerages, Fintech Companies, …).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Present our company’s Online Learning platforms (Fit for Banking, Banking Meets AI) to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demos.
Lead client engagement from initial pitch to closing deals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and bring insights to help evolve our offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (content & UX, LMS, global sales teams) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Manage the sales pipeline and report on KPIs, forecasts, and progress regularly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role (preferably in Financial Services).
Experience and network in Financial Services is a big plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Multilingual skills can be an advantage.
