About the Role:
Content is a vital part of our marketing strategy at 12d Synergy. This role helps create the fuel that takes 12d Synergy’s growth to the next level as we expand globally.
We’re looking for a passionate writer who loves crafting long form copy. You’ll translate complex information into engaging content that aligns with our marketing overall goals and Go-to-Market strategy. If you enjoy creating tailored messaging for different personas in the construction and engineering industry and using data to help optimise performance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and proofread content that demonstrates thought leadership, addresses customer challenges, and showcases our products/services' value propositions.
Create and manage content, including product marketing collateral, ebooks, product videos, blog posts, checklist, and more.
Working cross-functionally with internal team and external agency to ensure right messaging and content is being delivered to the right audiences.
Monitoring our content performance using tools and regularly report on key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to content strategy when needed.
Conduct keyword research and use tools to develop and refine SEO-friendly websites and blogs.
Manage content and updates to the website, acting as the owner of website’s content. Also liaise with agency to ensure correct design and functionality.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create to contribute to overall campaign planning and execution.
Work with marketing team to create email nurtures and content to increase engagement and boost conversion.
Manage executive leaders’ social profiles and align communications with marketing and brand strategies.
About You:
2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in content marketing, copywriting or related roles, preferably some B2B marketing experience
Demonstrate experience in creating a wide range of content types from whitepaper/ebooks, product brochures to short-form blog content
Experience in SEO, HubSpot/ Marketing automation tools and WordPress is a bonus
Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into accessible, engaging content
A collaborative team player who’s willing to work closely with different stakeholders in the business to get the best results
Proficiency with fundamental office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Marketing and/or Business Tertiary Qualification (minimum Credit average) or relevant work experience in writing content for the construction industry or in another technical field e.g. SaaS.
