This leadership role is 100% remote and will oversee technology operations, vendor partnerships, and data-driven decision-making to enhance business efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap to align with business objectives. Vendor & MSP Management: Oversee relationships with external IT service providers, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery. Claims System Oversight: Manage and enhance the company’s claims management system (Origami) to improve efficiency and compliance. Data & Reporting: Lead data analytics initiatives to support business decision-making and regulatory compliance. Security & Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity measures align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance IT operations and reduce costs through automation and system improvements. Database & SQL Development: Lead database-related projects, ensuring high-performance SQL query optimization, data integrity, and reporting efficiency. Must have experience in the insurance services industry. Extensive experience in SQL development, database architecture, and data management. Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes. Experience with claims management systems and integrating SQL-based reporting solutions. Expertise in database performance tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions, cybersecurity, and IT governance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
