As a DevOps Engineer you will…
You will be part of DevOps Competence Center here in Vilnius with the purpose to look after target platform and components in a common consolidated way. The solution is based on Ericsson products. It supports centralized product catalogue and enables zero touch automation across order to activation.

In addition to application support & maintenance work, and depending on your technical competence, you will be involved in transformation delivery work (i.e. solution migration from AWS platform to Telia private cloud K8s setup; DevSecOps improvements such as version control, deployment automation, CI/CD, etc.).
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments while maintaining the Ericsson Catalogue Manager and Order Care systems, including their interfaces with other systems. You will handle application deployments and configuration changes to support new releases, analyze systems and processes to initiate necessary improvements, and manage incidents, changes, and tickets. The role involves on-call duty, maintaining a knowledge base, automating tasks, and setting up, maintaining, and improving monitoring tools. Additionally, you will work on CI/CD pipeline setup and enhancements, optimize system performance and resource utilization, and collaborate with other teams to solve complex issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with being self-organized, structured, adaptive, persistent, and willing to take initiative. For this position, experience with automation tools like Ansible and containerized services such as AWS, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Podman/Docker is essential.
