Aithon is a GenAI-enabled SaaS startup reimagining how enterprise sales teams work. We empower sellers with real-time insights, automation, and intelligence—all driven by powerful, production-grade AI.

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s excited about getting AI agents in front of users with interfaces that translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with design, data, and AI teams to build seamless, fast, and delightful experiences.

About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer , you will:

• Build and iterate on user-facing features using React, TypeScript and NextJs .
• Collaborate with designers to bring to life beautiful, responsive components using Tailwind, ShadCN, or similar tools .
• Translate backend APIs and AI outputs into clean, usable dashboards and workflow interfaces.
• Handle application state, performance, and interaction flows for dynamic data experiences.
• Partner with backend, data, and AI engineers to ensure efficient integration and a smooth user journey.
• Build components that scale—across customers, data sizes, and use cases.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience building production web apps with React, TypeScript, and modern JS frameworks .
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating with dynamic data sources.
• Experience with supporting production deployments, including being on call.
• Familiarity with component libraries (e.g., ShadCN, Radix UI) and responsive design techniques.

Strong Plus:

• Experience building dashboard-style interfaces with charts, filters, and stateful components.
• Comfort with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products or data-rich SaaS platforms .
• Exposure to sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or similar (as a user or developer).
• Be part of a high-caliber team focused on solving meaningful problems with real business impact.
• Work on a modern stack, with autonomy and ownership from day one.
• Shape the evolution of our AI platform alongside leaders in engineering and product.
• Remote-first, async-friendly culture with high standards and low ego.
