About the Data Engine Our Generative AI Data Engine powers the world’s most advanced large language models (LLMs) and generative models through exceptional Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), human data generation, model evaluation, safety, and alignment. The data produced is critical in shaping how people will interact with AI. About the Fraud Team The Fraud team focuses on preventing violations of our terms of service. This team safeguards the platform against potential fraud, cheating, and abuse—risks that are increasingly relevant in the emerging era of generative AI. Their work spans machine learning, analytics, and security. Responsibilities: Take ownership of substantial product areas. Develop features end-to-end, including front-end, back-end, system design, debugging, and testing. Rapidly deliver experiments and features that meet high-quality standards to engage users. Contribute across the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to production deployment. Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new product features and experiences. Requirements: Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products and features at scale. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team. Enthusiasm for joining a dynamic, hybrid team based in either San Francisco or New York City. Compensation and Benefits Compensation packages for eligible positions include base salary, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by work location and factors like job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Employees in eligible roles are also granted equity-based compensation, subject to approval.
