Your work will enhance the organization’s ability to deliver free skills-based education to youth and other community members. What We’re Looking For: Passion for our product and mission, and go-getters who thrive in fast paced environments Currently a student of/already have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology or another relevant field Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Proficient at Frontend Web Development including CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript Ability to work in a technology heavy environment and learn new tools and platforms quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bonus Points If You: Have 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field Are familiar or have experience with the AGILE methodology Knowledge of the LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Have worked in a scaling start-up or growing small-business environment What We Offer: $17.20 per hour 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Remote, work from home Eligibility Requirements: This position is fully funded through Canada Summer Jobs, therefor candidates must be between the ages of 15-29, and either a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee residing in Ontario. ***We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
