Job Responsibilities:
Support a broad spectrum of HR operational activities including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding and exits, performance appraisal, learning and development, employee database management, end-to-end benefits administration, and process documentation;
Maintain accurate HR database records and update employee records;
Prepare and furnish monthly management and other statutory reports;
Carry out HR operational and ad hoc matters according to approved policies and procedures such as leave management, medical and benefit claims matter, learning & development, and collaboration with external HR consultants and service providers;
Support HR initiatives and transformation projects according to the designated work plan;
Ensure effective application of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and service delivery in accordance with legal compliance and company protocol;
Proactively keeping abreast of changes in employment law, HR practices, and industry trends to identify and propose opportunities for enhancements and drive HR service delivery and productivity.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 years related experience in an HR generalist role with an operational focus;
HR or Business Degree/Diploma from a recognized higher learning institution;
Ability to adapt and maintain professional work relationships with employees, peers, line management, and internal/external stakeholders;
A strong team player with positive work ethic, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills;
Strong command of English oral and written skills is required; fluency in the Chinese language is an added advantage;
Excellent attention to detail;
High degree of soft attributes in the areas of confidentiality, maturity, professionalism, and discretion;
Good knowledge of local labor law and related statutory regulations.
