Create, leverage, and manage content types, site columns and templates for re-use in the sites. Establish a Governance Forum. Attend SharePoint User Group meetings and conveys information to the team. Plan work to be accomplished based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments. Qualifications You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for the OR-60 (GS-14): For the OR-60, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the OR-53 (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following: -Hands-on developer experience with the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Workspace, ServiceNow Portal; AND -Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS) Application Programming Interfaces (API), Okta, SharePoint); AND -Experience with ServiceNow User Experience (UX) framework, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Glide classes; AND -Experience recommending improvements in development processes, documenting and adhering to best practices. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
