We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy and fast-paced Technology team within our specialist, predominately online University. You will manage and support IT systems across the University, providing an excellent service for all students and staff. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career, develop their skillset, and grow their technical knowledge.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
Manage incoming incidents and service requests in line with the SLA.
Update customers throughout the lifecycle of their service ticket.
Follow technology procedures for setting up new starters, arranging changes, and managing leavers.
Collaborate both within and outside of the team.
Our main requirements:
GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
Previous experience in a similar/technical support role for Windows and Mac operating systems.
Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support users at all levels.
An understanding of the configuration of hardware; laptops and peripherals including printers.
Troubleshooting ability and keenness to learn.
