Must have an interest in recruitment Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective Healthcare & Lifesciences clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management Prior experience within the recruitment or staffing industry is an added advantage. Relevant background in Healthcare & Lifesciences industry is required Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
