About the Role
Sirna Football is seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Content Associate to spearhead our brand presence across digital channels and drive lead generation for our coaching programmes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, performance marketing, and sports culture.
You’ll work directly with the founder and client acquisition team to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate the Sirna Football brand and bring in high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and YouTube.
Manage content planning, creation (photo/video), and posting schedules.
Design and deploy paid advertising campaigns, track performance, and adjust for ROI.
Capture testimonials, success stories, and live content from training sessions and camps.
Coordinate marketing support for events, holiday camps, and new product launches (e.g., apparel, podcast, website).
Analyse engagement and conversion data; generate monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with CRM and Client Acquisition teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
Requirements
Strong written communication and storytelling ability (English essential).
Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid traffic tools preferred.
Self-starter mindset; able to work independently and execute fast.
Interest in football, sports, or youth development is a plus.
Working Arrangements & Compensation
Part-time / freelance basis, with option to convert to full-time.
Remote with occasional on-site content capture (training locations across Singapore).
Competitive base stipend, plus performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and conversion.
