I am Viktorija Kulvinskienė, and I am looking for a Process Change Manager to join our Development team in Sales and Customer Service Division at Telia Lithuania. You will have an opportunity to play a key role in process development, standardization, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to find end-to end solutions.
As the Process Change Manager, you will…
… design, implement, and maintain an optimized Document Lifecycle Management process that eliminates inefficiencies, supports a paperless and sustainable approach, and aligns with regulatory requirements. The position also requires partnering with various departments across the organization, such as Customer Service, IT, Compliance, and Commerce, to map, analyse, and enhance document-related processes. The candidate will identify process gaps and inefficiencies through detailed analysis and propose technical and process-based solutions, collaborating closely with IT. Additionally, the role includes establishing and refining KPIs for Document Lifecycle Management, ensuring they are measurable, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals. Finally, the candidate will ensure all document-related processes are thoroughly documented and maintain audit-readiness to meet regulatory and internal standards.
Who we're looking for
For this position, we seek a proactive and result-oriented person with solid work experience as Process Manager, Business Analyst, Change Manager, or similar role, and fluency in Lithuanian and English. As a strategic doer, you preferably possess knowledge of Agile methodology and process improvement techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma, Process Mapping, and BPM, and have a proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change. You are a solid communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with a positive, can-do attitude. As a change agent, you are passionate about driving change and inspiring others to embrace new processes and ways of working. Well-organized with a strong work ethic, you also demonstrate professionalism and the ability to make confident, independent decisions.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3100 - 4200Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
