Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain workflows, screens, and processes within Proclaim Create and amend reports and document templates Integrate Proclaim with third-party systems and APIs Provide system support and troubleshoot issues Work on automation to improve internal efficiencies Collaborate with IT and operations teams to gather and deliver business requirements Key Skills the Proclaim Developer will have: At least 3 years experience as a proclaim developer Strong understanding of case management systems.
