Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools. Demonstrable experience of building effective business solutions using Salesforce technologies Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Experience working in agile delivery teams. Practical understanding of implementing security and privacy by design Awareness of ITIL disciplines that govern the running of live services.
