Job DescriptionJob Description Emergen Strategies, Inc., is seeking Senior and Consultant Level Contractors to work with our government customers. Description of Scope of Work: The Contractor will have experience providing high-level Management Consulting services to State and Federal clients. The area of coverage is throughout the State of Florida. Providing services to any requesting agency within the state of Florida. Service(s) areas expert advice, assistance, guidance, or counseling supporting the government customer's mission-oriented business functions, and may include studies, analyses, and reports. Supporting any proposed developmental, consultative, or implementation efforts. Management consulting services are provided to statewide government customers per RFQs. Service Categories: The Contractor shall provide management consulting services, including, but not limited to, the following: Developing and consulting on strategies, visions, and operations. Project management. Program research, planning, and evaluations. Providing studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports on a business program or initiative. Executive/management coaching services. Customized training as needed to achieve a management consulting objective. Assistance with policy and regulation development. Assistance with process and productivity improvement. Expert witness services in support of litigation, claims, or other formal cases relating to management consulting. Advisory and assistance services relating to a business program or initiative. Planning and management relating to the oversight of information technology projects. Systems alignment and consolidation. Comprehensive grants management services related to the Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act and other related State and federal grant programs (applicable to federal funding). Other management consulting services related to the Service Categories described above, as agreed upon by Emerge and the acquiring government customer. 1. Senior Level-Consultant: A minimum of eight (10) years of experience in duties associated with management consulting services is required for Senior Consultant positions. The functional responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to: • Managing the day-to-day operations. • Ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects or services. • Providing technical and subject matter expertise in fulfillment of government customer SOWs. • Participating as a senior team member providing high-level consulting services. • Planning, organizing, and executing tasks to deliver projects or services successfully. • Developing and defining strategic visions. • Planning, directing, controlling, scheduling, coordinating, and organizing the management of tasks. • Provide customer interface in fulfillment of government customer SOWs. • Possessing authority and responsibility for the execution of government customer SOWs. • Planning, organizing, and overseeing all subordinate work efforts. • Ensuring quality standards and work performance on government customer SOWs. • Organizing, directing, and managing support services. 2. Consultant-Level: A minimum of five (5-10) years of experience in duties associated with management consulting services is required for Consultant positions. The functional responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to: • Applying administrative, consultative, and technical expertise to fulfill the government customer SOWs. • Planned, organized, executed, and controlled project tasks to deliver projects or services successfully. • Interfacing with Customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure the timely delivery of projects or services. • Applying broad management skills and technical expertise as a project leader. • Providing solutions through analysis. • Directing subordinates in the completion of task orders. • Organizing, directing, and managing support services. • Assign tasks and oversee projects or services under the government customer SOWs. • Directing activities in fulfillment of government customer SOWs. • Training Customer personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, or seminars. Employment Type: 1099 – Contractor Compensation: Senior Consultant – $150 – $225 per hour Consultant - $85 - $135 per hour Bonuses and commissions are offered for high performance and customer satisfaction.
