Job Description:

Korn Ferry is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineers who can contribute to the growth and innovation of our client's B2B SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java.


• Implement and manage container-based deployment technologies.


• Develop and enhance the front end using React.


• Collaborate with teams using GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.


• Work closely with the JavaScript team on backend services and serverless (Lambda) implementations.


• Lead the major UI refresh with a focus on responsive design.


• Ensure applications meet privacy, data protection, high transaction, regulatory compliance, and financial control requirements.


• Contribute to the stability, reliability, and scalability of our client's software products.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Senior software engineering experience with a blend of frontend, backend, and full-stack development.


• Proficiency in Java backend development and React for the front end.


• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.


• Recent experience in developing enterprise customer-facing software.


• Strong background in responsive design.


• Experience with container-based deployment.


• Excellent soft skills, including initiative, transparency, and business acumen for building highly reliable and scalable enterprise software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.


• Familiarity with serverless architectures, particularly AWS Lambda.


• Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial controls in software development.
