Job Details Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of customer-facing features for the AI reliability platform Design reusable, intuitive frontend components that make complex AI workflows easy to understand Work cross-functionally with researchers to translate cutting-edge AI ideas into usable tools Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback, streamline workflows, and improve usability Build highly available and performant web applications using modern tools like React, TypeScript, and Python Contribute to backend systems and data architecture using technologies like Go, Rust, Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of experience for Senior and 7+ YOE for Staff Proven track record building, shipping, and scaling complex distributed systems that solve critical business problems Experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, or Rust Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases Have built and/or operated large scale, GPU-based model training and serving infrastructure Are deeply knowledgeable about modern cloud infrastructure, including technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform, and platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure Strong product sense with an eye for user experience and clean design Comfort in startup environments and willingness to own broad areas of the stack Excellent communication skills and comfort interfacing directly with customers Senior Role Expertise in TypeScript and React Experience with product management (unofficial or official) Built and deployed LLM-based applications (e.g., agents, chatbots) Worked in a founding engineer or technical leadership role at a startup Experience with Kubernetes Interested in hearing more?
