Join our team to drive impactful software implementations for top financial institutions.   Job Description: As a Software Implementation Consultant at MVSI, you will play a critical role in ensuring our enterprise SaaS solutions are successfully implemented across global clients. You will collaborate with clients to tailor our solutions to their specific compliance and onboarding needs, integrating with existing systems and driving efficiency gains.   Key Responsibilities: · Work with clients to understand business processes and compliance requirements (KYC, AML, etc.). · Configure and implement MVSI’s software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. · Develop detailed project plans, manage data migrations, and ensure timely delivery. · Provide client training and create user guides for smooth system adoption. · Collaborate with MVSI’s technical teams to resolve issues during the implementation process. · Deliver continuous support post-implementation to ensure long-term client success.   Qualifications: · Experience in software implementation and configuration of SaaS products is strongly preferred. · Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple client implementations. · Technical proficiency in SaaS platforms and system integrations. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · Knowledge of compliance processes and requirements for financial institutions is a plus.   Location: · North Sydney, with opportunity to work from home
