About the Role

The Track & Field Tech Project (working name) is an early-stage startup aiming to build a product that solves real problems for track & field athletes. We're creating a new kind of digital experience in the sports performance space — something that doesn't exist yet, but should.

As Technical Co-Founder (Full Stack Mobile Developer), you'll join at the earliest possible stage and help shape the product from scratch. You'll lead technical development, influence the product roadmap, and co-create the company alongside a founder with a strong background in growth and a personal connection to the problem we're solving.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the technical side of software development
• Build the first version of the product (mobile-first application)
• Select and manage the core tech stack
• Translate user research and product concepts into live features
• Work closely with the founder on experimentation, iteration, and feedback loops
• Plan for long-term scale, security, and integrations

Qualifications

• Solid experience in full-stack mobile development
• Product-oriented mindset — able to balance speed, quality, and user needs
• Strong communication and self-direction in remote work setups
• Genuine interest in sports and/or fitness training
• Bonus: Experience building MVPs or social features
• Based in Europe or within ±3h of Helsinki preferred

This is a co-founder role.

This role includes equity compensation, with no salary at this early stage.
