Job Title: Technical Writer (US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product managers to gather and analyze information.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Organize and manage documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
Create visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and flowcharts to complement written materials.
Review and edit existing content for accuracy, style, and readability.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in [Specify Industry/Domain, e.g., software, IT, engineering].
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, or Confluence).
Experience with markup languages like Markdown, HTML, or XML.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or document versioning tools like Git.
Experience with software development processes or APIs.
Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Visio).
Federal Experience is a plus.
